Pleasant news for Lappeenranta merger team SaiPa as they get to announce Juuli Hakkarainen’s one-year contract with the club. The 30-year old forward comes from Swiss Unihockey Berner Oberland.
Lappeenranta and NST-PoNoVo merger SaiPa remember Juuli Hakkarainen with warmth as she will remain NST’s all-time number one scorer with her 173 goals and 120 assists for the club in 238 NST games. In total, the Josba Joensuu product has 306 Finnish league points in 259 games.
In the 2016 Superfinaali Juuli Hakkarainen scored twice as NST took the title with a 3-2 win against Classic.
