F-liiga continued after WFC-qualifiers and CUP-finals with celebration of player legends. Eräviikingit celebrated Arja Kilpeläinen (fka. Joutsen) and Classic honored Kristiina Kauppila. Both teams were victorious, as ErVi won Koovee and SaiPa lost to Classic.
PSS secured its’ first win of the season by defeating ÅIF 5-4. PSS has gone through some changes, as players Henna Uljua, Fanny Holmberg, Ella Holmberg, Rina Rautala and Marianne Väliaho returned for the spring season to help the team out. This move proved to be successful as Uljua scored twice, Fanny and Ella Holmberg both assisted two goals and Marianne Väliaho as well as Rina Rautala both scored once each.
Current champion TPS refuses to falter and has won all of their games in the season so far, therefore increasing their lead in the league. The only points TPS has lost are from the opening round against Classic, when TPS won the game in overtime and against FBC Loisto in January when TPS won after shootouts. Classic, which is currently holding second place, has lost in the latest rounds against FBC Loisto and Rankat Ankat.
However, Classic is dominating in the player statistics. Suvi Hämäläinen (Classic) scored 7 points in a single game against SaiPa and has overall 39+21=60 points from 18 games. Second in ranking is Meri-Helmi Höynälä (TPS) with 25+16=41 points.
