Five games were played in the women’s series in week 10, and the suspense is increasing. Even though the first place is clear and playoff-teams are known, home advantage in the playoffs and direct spots in the league are still up in the air.
TPS and Classic are in the lead, followed with SB-Pro (44 points), FBC Loisto (42 points) and Eräviikingit (41 points). One of these three latter teams will loose the home advantage. In the final round, SB-Pro will play against TPS and FBC Loisto has a home-game against Eräviikingit. FBC Loisto has four wins and one loss in its’ recent history, as Eräviikingit has three wins and two losses.
At the bottom, O2-Jyväskylä, Welhot and PSS each have seven points, and only one of them will avoid the league-qualifications. O2-Jyväskylä will play against Classic and and PSS, whereas Welhot will play against SSRA in the final round.
In Sunday’s F-liiga game Welhot had 5-1 lead against PSS after first round and had a big chance to strengthen its’ position in overall rankings. However, PSS managed to tie the game and scored an extra point in shootouts.
