Just like two years ago, SB-Pro and PSS will take on each other in F-liiga finals. In the semi-final, PSS swept SSRA aside in four games whereas SB-Pro had to fight a whole series of five to beat Classic.
On Saturday’s Game 4, Classic came back from 0-4 in the second period to then topf off their triumph and tie up the series in a penalty shootout. In the decisive game on Sunday, Classic had 1-0 and 2-1 away until SB-Pro’s Jaana Lirkki stepped forward to save her team with a clean hat-trick. Classic put in one more goal but were not really close to an equalizer.
