Defender Jonne Junkkarinen will return to Happee Jyväskylä for next season on a two-year contract. The 29-year old national team player has spent the last two years playing for Swiss Floorball Köniz.
“Junkkarinen is one of the players we absolutely wanted”, Happee manager Petri Kauko says. “We are really pelased to have him back and having been able to sign him this early”.
Jonne Junkkarinen won the Salibandyliiga title with Happee in 2014 and became World Champion in Riga in 2016. For Happee, he has played 172 regular season Salibandyliiga games scoring 28 goals and having 68 assists.
