Oilers have started F-liiga with two straight victories and now they will be even stronger as Casper Pfitzner joins the team at least for the rest of this season.
The 29-year old forward has represented Oilers in 275 regular season games scoring 247 goals since 2008 and he is now ready for one more year.
“I would not have signed if I had not believed we can take the title”, Casper Pfitzner says. “Previously a typical goalscorer, I now see myself more as an all-round player and it looks like I’ll be playing center. Anyway, the coaches will tell me where I’m going to play and with whom and I will show what I can.”
