Oilers forward Rasmus Kainulainen has been banned for two games due to this dangerous contact in F-liiga match OLS-Oilers on 20th December.
The F-liiga disciplinary authority stated Rasmus Kainulainen directed his contact towards an opponent’s head in a dangerous way.
From the very same game, there was another case against Kainulainen in which it was consireded he kicked an opponent in the ankle in a way that was against the rules but not dangerous enough to result in a match penalty.
