FBC Turku forward Pyry Kauppinen scored F-liiga’s fastest ever opening goal as his shot against Classic went in with just two seconds on the clock.
Kauppinen robbed the ball right from the opening face-off, releasing a quicks shot that beat goalie Oskar Sillanpää by the far post.
The F-liiga newcomers’ joy did not last long, though, as reigning champions Classic processed to win the game 12-4. FBC Turku lies last in the league with 22 games played.
