Finland’s leading floorball club Classic Tampere presented big plans today. Ideapark Commercial City in Lempäälä 17 kilometres from Tampere will become Classic’s new home after the summer.

The new arena will hold 1,200 spectator seats and it will also be possible to dine while watching Classic play.
“We intend to offer our guests the best floorball experience in the world”, general manager Pasi Peltola states. “Having our operations a part of a shopping center with its restaurants, cafés, 150 stores and other activities will offer all kinds of new opportunities”.

Classic’s games are to include new digital show elements including real-time data of the players’ performances for the audience to better interact with the action.
