Nokian KrP top their season with a medal

Nokian KrP ended their season with a medal as they beat TPS 5-3 away in Turku in the F-liiga bronze medal game.

TPS had the lead twice in the game, being ahead 2-1 in the first and 3-2 in the second period. Every time Nokian KrP tied the game up and six minutes into full time the score was still 3-3. A two-minute penalty turned fatal for TPS as Mikko Laakso ended a mediocre power-play with the winning goal off Henri Johansson’s pass from the left. TPS naturally pulled their goalie pushing for an equalizer but with a minute left, Joona Rantala robbed the ball from Miko Kailiala at midline shooting it into the open net.
