With one to four games left to play, reigning champions Classic have secured their regular season first place. Classic are nine ponts ahead of Nokian KrP who, too, also have clinched their home advantage for the quarter-finals.
TPS, Happee, Oilers and Westend Indians can prepare for the play-offs as OLS (37 points), SPV (34) and EräViikingit (34) still battle for the remaining two spots. EräViikingit, presently at 9th place, have it hardest with only their away game against OLS to play as OLS will enter the rink three and SPV four more times.
Hopelessly at the the bottom, Steelers and Tiikerit are going to be relegated to Divari as F-liiga will be reduced from 14 to 12 teams for 2022-2023.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic a number of games have had to be postponed which has also affected the ending date of the regular season.
